Barbeque Nation Hosts African Food Festival

The 'African Barbeque Festival' at Chandigarh's Barbeque Nation created an experience, which revolved around a thematic decor, uniform, music and last but not the least the fire eaters in and around the restaurant.
The festival offered sumptuous barbeque delicacies to the guest in a completely unique ambiance.
The main motive of this festival was to depict the meaning of Hakuna Matata meaning not to worry and portray how these African people enjoyed and dance after hunting. The guests appreciated this concept a lot," said Pramod Mukati, Business Manager of Barbeque Nation.
The Indian chefs, who were specially trained by African Chefs, prepared an array of dishes like Peri Peri, Harrissa and Zulu Coriander to go with marguez, sosaties and soya sausages.
The chain of restaurants, Barbeque Nation is now planning to hold similar festivals in every outlet.
