Tofu also known as bean curd, is essentially made of soy milk. Highly proteinaceous and healthy, it has replaced paneer effectively in dishes, considering its health quotient. Tofu has its distinct smell and flavour and is used in umpteen dishes to enhance the crunchiness and an exotic flavour. Potatoes are full of carbs but are extremely filling for kids.

Tofu, Alu, tossed together with a small bunch of spinach will load your kids with energy and goodness of greens. Loaded with healthy and filling ingredients, this is an ideal choice for filling up your kid's lunch box with. Parathas are an ideal escape whenever the day gets busy and you have hardly anytime to dish out something for your kid's lunch box in the harried busy mornings.

Wheat Flour-2 Cups
Salt - To Taste
Oil-2 Tbsp
Water For Kneading
Big Potatoes Boiled And Mashed-3
Tofu Grated-1 Cup
Chopped Palak Leaves-1 Cup
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves- Few
Chaat Masala -1 Tsp
Ginger Chilli Paste-2 Tsp
Turmeric-Half Tsp

In a bowl, mix in wheat flour, water, salt and oil. Prepare a smooth dough.
Mix mashed potatoes, tofu grated and chopped palak leaves in another bowl,
Add to this, chaat masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves, and 2 tsp of a mixture of ginger and green chillies.
Fold in the stuffing into the prepared wheat dough balls.
Cook on a tawa using a little oil or butter on both sides.
Remove from flame. Serve when it is still hot.
