The first holiday of 2017 falls on a Saturday, January 14, for Sankranti and the fourth week of January has Republic Day, falling tantalisingly on a Thursday! Well, you know what next has to be done!
February Also Has One Long Weekend!
Maha Shivaratri falls on Friday the 24th. This is a perfect time to visit any hill station!
Colourful March!
No more work from home on Holi, as it falls on a Monday! Apart from this, if you wish to take another week off during this month, then taking an off on 27th is just perfect as 28th, the next day, is Gudi Padva!
No More April Fool!
There are so many opportunities to make your weekend long! Taking a leave on 3rd which is a Monday easily adds on to the long weekend as 4th is "Ram Navmi. Apart from this, 13th to 16th is another feast as "Baisakhi, Dr.Ambedkar Jayanti, Good Friday appear followed by the weekend!

Starting from 12th August, the holiday season starts again where you would have to take an off on the 16th and 18th, and would end on the 20th ! If you are still craving for more, then wait for Ganesh Chaturthi, as it falls on August 25th, which is again on a Friday!
October Fest!
Weekend starts on 14th October and on 16th is "Dhanteras". We're sure most of us would take an off on 17th as 18th is Diwali!
December!
This month starts off with 1st being an off, as it is "Eid-ul-Fitr" which falls on a Friday! Again after this is Christmas time and party, party hard and welcome another new year! WOW, now 2017 is going to be one amazing year with all this list of long weekends!
