Uniforms, codes and discipline all do point to a single phenomena and that being an institution of great honour. But again assumptions do take place and so also there is heavy incorporations of the mentors who do need to go for such kind of an exercise.

The concept of uniforms for the faculty members of he schools and other organizations is giving much issue to erupt up. While the students are destined for such acts, in the very same lane teachers are put now which seems to be an ache in the mentor"s mind. They are more ready for agitations now. Particularly speaking of our state (Orissa) that being one of the traditional states of eastern India seems to have been fascinated by this thing.

The code for school teacher has been an issue of great concern in the parliament session. What is more affected in all this series is the values and culture which often returns with negative results! The upcoming generation and the society as well are no less harmed. While many debate on the fact that a mentor needs to be discipline enough to teach the skills of being disciplined others do argue that it restricts them on various occasions.

Further the issue got sensitive notes n regard to our traditional values and music when songs with filthy connotations were laid down. They were not only degrading the status of regional music but who was a great humiliation on the part of the teacher fraternity.

Our culture is all about human values, respect to elders and that"s what makes us different from other countries. Again in this regard here has been same implication from the BWF which has made compulsory dress code for women in the field.

This issue is not only an ignition for a negative feedback from the viewers but also the players themselves feel it to be a derogative mood. Next our lifestyle and culture teaches us about traditional values that get eroded with such outcome. While deeds float in with regard to such pertinent matters there is always a solution to every matter. Each prospect needs to be evaluated correctly.
