The American actress, Rachel Bilson is not dating is not dating Chace Crawford.

Both the actors were spotted at The Lion In New york City on Friday and there was lots of flirting going on between the two of them. This seemed like the couple were in love.

Rachel Bilson's representative who denied the couple's relationship had stated that, “ She's friends with his manager and has known Chace for a while." She further added that, “ The dinner was with a bunch of people, and it was simply a friendly dinner. I can say with 100 percent certainty they are not dating."

The 29 year old actress, Rachel Bilson and actor Hayden Christensen called off their engagement earlier this summer.
