Elizabeth Hurley who walked out of her three year old marriage with Indian textile heir Arun Nair, has posted praise for her ex-husband. She insists that Arun Nair is an extremely good father to her eight year old son, Damian, her son from earlier marriage.

Elizabeth Hurley tweets about Arun Nair saying, “Painful, sad days. Arun & I separated for private reasons but FTR (for the record) he has been a great father to our son Damian & will always be in his life.(sic)"

The 'private reason' mentioned in Elizabeth Hurley's tweets is reportedly her relationship with former Australian cricketer Shane Warne. A source has revealed, “Shane has been a real support through the tough time she"s had splitting with Arun. They have grown very close and there is an intimate bond between them. The only thing standing in their way is geography."

After the news of Elizabeth Hurley kissing Shane Warne and having spend two nights with him came out, Arun Nair was left embarrassed and upset but however, luck seems to favour him and the news is that he is going to become a very rich man after his divorce with Elizabeth Hurley.

Sources have revealed that after Arun Nair and Elizabeth Hurley split, Elizabeth might have to pay a good amount out of her million fortune to Arun Nair. It is a known fact that Elizabeth Hurley is much more rich than Arun Nair. Britain's Daily Newspaper reports that Elizabeth and Arun has not signed any pre-neptual agreement in Indian or in Britain in 2007.

Talking of Elizabeth Hurley's wealth, she owns an asset which includes million farmhouse in South West England and million townhouse in London. Arun Nayar, thus, can be said to have lost in relationship but have been lucky with wealth.
