On Monday, the 1st of November, Charlie Sheen had filed a divorce against his second wife, Brooke Mueller. The reason for divorce as stated in the papers are "irreconcilable differences."

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, who were married in 2008, claim the difference started with the Charlie Sheen's Christmas fight, which had landed him in jail. The couple has twin sons, Bob and Max. Reportedly, the couple is asking for joint custody of the kids. As for physical custody, Charlie Sheen after the divorce has to pay ,000 per month for their children.

The document have made it clear that in addition to compensation for his present divorce, he cannot avoid the custody of his children with his X wife, Denise Richards. The document reads, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

Charlie Sheen's divorce is also the result of his violent acts. According to Brooke Mueller, the actor had threatened to kill her,when, she had confessed that she wanted a divorce. According to the actors, he reacted this way because he was shocked at Brooke's decision. Last Tuesday, Charlie Sheen was hospitalized for binge drinking and after his release form the hospital, he revealed his wish to file a divorce.
