Harper's Bazaar Best-Dressed Woman of 2009 list has been released. Designer Stella McCartney has topped the coveted position. Tilda Swinton came second in the influential 2009 list while Alexa Chung landed the third spot.

Yasmin Le Bon, Florence Welch and Kate Moss also made it to the list. Agyness Deyn - who nabbed Kate's Model of the Year title in 2008 – stood seventh.
