Bob Dylan's Portable Lavatory Annoys Neighbours

Noxious fumes from Dylan's home is said to have trespassed, over the wall into his neighbours house next door causing them to fume.
The portable lavatory was set up for the singer's security staff who keep watch his estate in Malibu at night, which, is placed behind a storage container close to the wire fence that marks the boundary of the singer. The neighbours have hurled complaints against Dylan, 67 that the blue portable lavatory sent out stench that made their house no longer liveable.
'The Independent' has David Emminger as telling reporters, "Mr Civil Rights is killing our civil rights!" .Emminger also accused that his eight year old son had fallen ill due to the fumes.
'The Los Angeles' Times had Emminger's wife Cindy saying :"It started in September. I'd go into the front yard and get nauseous. I couldn't figure out at first where the smell was coming from, until I finally noticed that they had moved the porta-potty directly in front of my front door. We both have allergies and are sensitive to chemicals. It's worse when its misty outside at night. We turn on the five fans, but it still gets inside our house. We're not even using the upstairs now. We sleep downstairs," she added.
The couple have resorted to install industrial-sized outdoor fans in their front yard to blow away noxious fumes back to Dylan's property.
Malibu City public health officials are investigating the issue, despite Dylan's security turning off an officer who indulged in inspecting the lavatory, accusing him for trespassing.
"[The guard] said they were going to sue the city," an inspector told the paper.
However so far there are no comments from Dylan"s spokesman or his New York-based attorney.
