These Vitamins Are Very Important For Breast Health!
Consume these vitamins regularly, if you want to have a healthy pair of breasts.
A popular quote says "if only women paid as much attention to their breasts, as men do!" Well, as crass as this statement may sound, it is very true because, ladies, let us admit it, not many of us are too concerned about the health of our breasts, right?
For instance, we may worry a lot when we have a small headache and may even rush to the doctors to get ourselves checked.
However, when it comes to the health of their breasts, most women ignore it and think that the breasts do not require any care.

The above notion is extremely wrong because breasts are also parts of our body and just like how the other parts of the body can be affected by diseases, the breasts can too!
Another important reason for women to ignore the health of their breasts could be because of the fact that speaking openly about the breasts, is not very socially acceptable in many countries. It is a hush-hush topic and so, women may not feel comfortable enough talking to health professionals about their breasts.
It is time for women to take better care of their breasts, because a number of ailments can affect the breasts when ignored.

Fungal infections, premature sagging, breast infections, cysts, breast cancer, problems during breast feeding, etc., are some of the common breast ailments seen in women.
So, to keep your breasts healthy and safe, it is important to nourish them well from within.
Now, we know that a balanced diet, consisting of all the nutrients is important for overall health.
Similarly, there are certain vitamins that must be ingested exclusively for breast health.
Have a look at some of the most-needed vitamins that are required to keep your breasts healthy.

1. Vitamin A
Vitamin A is an essential nutrient that reduces the free radical damage which can affect your breast, thus preventing fungal infections. In addition, vitamin A also has the capacity to boost the production of breast milk, in nursing mothers.
Foods rich in vitamin A include, carrots, mangoes, beef, sweet potato, eggs, etc.

2. Vitamin E
As you may already know, vitamin E has numerous health benefits; boosting the health of your breasts is also one of its functions. Vitamin E can prevent the growth of fibroids in the breast tissues and also reduce breast pain that some women experience during menstruation.
Foods rich in vitamin E include almonds, spinach, avocado, fish, sunflower seeds, etc.

3. Vitamin C
Again, vitamin C is an essential nutrient that has numerous health benefits including strengthening your immune system. In addition, vitamin C can also balance breast hormones, keep your breast tissues hydrated and also prevent the abnormal multiplication of cells in the breasts, thus reducing the chances of breast cancer.
Some of the foods which contain vitamin C are oranges, red peppers, kale, leafy greens, broccoli, guava, strawberry, grapefruit, etc.
