Eid is a time to celebrate, meet friends and relatives, have fun, and above all, it is a time to gorge on delicacies. With mouth-watering dishes all around, it is very difficult to keep ourselves away from the rich and tasty dishes. Sometimes we overeat and this can upset our tummy.
