Without our morning cuppa! Many of us find it extremely difficult to stay alert and active in the morning, right?
If you are not a morning person, then you would be well aware of the difficulties of staying active in the mornings, especially without coffee, right? Well, what if we told you there are simple ways that could help you stay active in the morning!
Yes, that is right and that too, without your morning cuppa! Many of us find it extremely difficult to stay alert and active in the morning, especially if you are someone with a hectic job!
The long hours at work, coming back home late at night and starting your day early the next morning will allow you very little time to get enough rest, so naturally, your body will find it hard to become instantly active the next day.
However, if you are not fresh enough in the mornings, the rest of your daily activities may suffer, you may not be able to focus on work, studies, etc.
So, without any other choice, we gulp down on coffee to help keep us alert and active, which is not a healthy habit.
So, here are a few ways in which you can stay active in the morning, even without having coffee, take a look.
1. Cold Water

Drinking a glass full of cold water as soon as you are out of bed helps rejuvenate your brain cells to make you feel instantly active and fresh!
2. Stretching

One of the best ways to stay active in the mornings is to do some basic body stretches, when you get out of bed, as this habit will improve the blood circulation to your brain, helping you stay alert.
3. Eat Proteins

Adding protein-rich ingredients like eggs and milk to your breakfast can also help activate your brain cells to remove the morning fatigue.
4. Consume Carbohydrates

Along with protein, you can also make carbohydrates a part of your breakfast by adding oats, bread, etc., as carbohydrates can give you an instant energy!
5. Exercise

Another way to stay active in the morning without having coffee is to schedule your exercise routine in the morning, instead of evenings, as the endorphins released can make you feel refreshed.
6. Cold Showers

Although this tip may not be liked by many, having a cold shower in the morning can instantly make you feel refreshed, energised and wake you up from all the lethargic feeling!
7. Green Tea

Lastly, if you want to stay active without having coffee in the mornings, green tea can be a healthier alternative to consume instead!
