Sometimes, if your pulse rate goes up even when you are not working out, it could be due to dehydration. Drink some water fast.

Sometimes, lack of water in your system could also slow down your circulation. It could then cause a headache. Drinking water may again bring the situation to normal.

If you are not able to focus on your task and if you are feeling drowsy, try drinking some water. It could be a sign your system needs some water.

Your body needs water to produce saliva. When you are dehydrated, your mouth turns dry. So, drink some water if your tongue dries up.

If your skin becomes dry without any other reason then it could also be due to dehydration. So, drink some water when your skin looks pale and dry.

Water plays a role in digestion too. If you suffer constipation without any reason, you may also need to drink some water.

When the colour of your urine changes into a deep colour, it could indicate inadequate levels of water in you. Dehydration could make it tough for your body to flush out the wastes.
