A majority of people stick to a diet during the weekdays. But they cheat on their diet during the weekends. It is important to maintain healthy eating over the weekend if you want to have a proper weight loss.
TRICKS TO MAINTAIN WEIGHT LOSS AFTER DIET
Eating healthy over the weekend is not very easy. You have all kinds of temptations coming your way. You have friends who invite home for dinner or lunch, you go out to the mall or you are just too plain lazy to cook healthy food. However, having a weekend diet plan definitely helps to lose weight. You have to follow certain basics if you want to maintain healthy eating on the weekends.
You can have a special diet only for weekends that makes things easier. You have to maintain some very basic rules that can help you have a slimmer and leaner weekend. When you are eating Indian food, you are bound to have curries. So while eating curry, you should have more of the paneer, chicken or the vegetables and limit the intake of the oily curry.

Check The Carbs
You should eat more of the side dish and limit the portions of rice and roties. If you are having continental food, you should have more of the steaks and limit the potatoes and bread.

When you cook yourself, you get to unwind over the weekend. And you also have a strict control over the food that you are eating.

Proportional Workout
