Are Ready Made Food Stuffs Safe?
It is definitely safe to eat healthy instant foods. All the busy women need to make a note of these food items.
Tips While Choosing Ready Made Items -
1. Prefer and order only baked, steamed or grilled (less oil) meals. Always go for freshly prepared, hot meals.
2. Choose less spicy food with plenty of vegetables such as salads, no fat burgers and burritos.
3. Avoid foods with mayonnaise, butter, cheese, cream and other diary products.
4. Whole grain meals should be more preferred as they provide energy and are easily digestible. Brown rice, whole grain wheat bread, pasta and ragi balls are “the" best.
5. Avoid all the deep fried, oil soaked, ghee soaked products like sweet dishes, pickles etc.
6. Even if your colleagues and parents force you to eat high calorie instant foods, try to order them but pick out all the unecessary items for a healthy eating.
