“Don"t tell me you don"t have time. There are very few things in our life that we can control and time is one of them.", says Mireille Guiliano , 64, author of the best-seller cookbook 'French Women Don"t Get Fat'.
Ever wondered how it would be if you just ate and ate and never bloated, here in this book the author shares with us a tip on how one can keep that gorgeous figure even though you keep your mouth full with all the yummy snacks that fill your tummy.
Indulging in three meals goes along keeping in mind the three P's as she calls it- Pleasure, Portion and Plan. As stated by her , she also said that the book is an appeal to people who love to eat food but are not connected with it and in order for them to connect they need to go into the kitchen and cook.
Doing what your heart tells you to do serves a lot of purpose and this is because you know that it is from within your self being, standing by her rule to eating healthy is that one needs to have everything the heart desires provided its not mindless eating.
Mirreille Guiliano said," Eat only three meals a day. Each meal has three substances: carbs, protein and fat". One can encourage themselves to any form of edibles but they should always carve in mind the Three Important P's for that slender long lasting figure.
She added that ," The plan takes a bit of doing, getting organised. But once you get going, you know, it"s like flossing your teeth in the morning".
