Ingredients Required :
- Buttermilk - 1 glass
- Jaggery - ½ a tablespoon
This natural remedy for acidic burps can work wonders and can also provide quick relief when taken on a regular basis.
In addition to taking this remedy, you must also eat healthy and avoid foods which are extremely spicy and oily.
Buttermilk has probiotic bacteria that can neutralise the acids in your stomach and soothe the stomach lining, thus reducing acidity and the consequent acid burps.
Jaggery is rich in sucrose and fibre that can also soothe the acidity in your tummy and provide relief quickly.

Method Of Preparation :
- Add the jaggery to a cup of butter milk.
- Stir well to form a mixture.
- Drink this mixture every morning, after breakfast, for a month
- You can also add ginger to this mixture, as ginger can also neutralize the acids in your stomach.
- Do not add any sugar to the remedy.
