Scientists have started working to make a home kit to detect the dreadful disease. They are working on a tiny liquid acoustic resonant sensor which could test bodily fluids for several diseases including breast and prostate cancers.

The highly sensitive low-signal-loss sensor makes use of micro/nano electromechanical systems (M/NEMS), to directly detect diseases in body fluids.

It will be a brand-new device which can be used for easy, rapid and accurate diagnosis of various diseases. It will be a service provided to the patients at their bedsides, says the scientists.
