There's No Cure For Hangovers!

According to James C. Garbutt who specialises in alcoholism treatment and research at the University of North Carolina say that there isn't any cure for the terrible splitting headache and a queasy stomach caused by drinking excessive alcohol.
He says that on the first place one should avoid drinking too much. Hangover is one negative consequence of excess alcohol consumption. Other harmful consequences include accidents, loss of control over emotions such as anger or sadness and bad decision making which may harm you in the long run.
Eating a meal before the first sip of alcohol and drinking a glass of plain water in between glasses of alcohol prevents getting hangovers and showing of other harmful effects.
