What Water Weight Diet Should Have?
Now what is the most natural way that the water accumulated in your boy will go out? The most obvious answer is by urination. There are some natural foods that are called diuretics; they basically increase the frequency and amount of urination in the body. Having these foods in you diet to lose weight can solve your particular problem.
1. Fruits like artichokes, watermelon (although it has high water content itself), water cress and oats can help. The fruits are natural diuretics and should be consumed in large amounts.
2. Vegetables like lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, sprouts and asparagus too are great to lose water.
3. Fluids too can help lose water. The best example is apple cider vinegar. Then come cranberry juice, green tea and other herbal teas. It is a misconception that cutting out on fluids is the best way to lose weight of retained water. Your body needs hydration too and those active fluids won"t come from the stored water in the cells.
4. Normal dehydrating beverages like tea, coffee and aerated drinks too dry out water but they are not a very healthy option to choose. Go for the other natural options mentioned above.
Water weight is easier to lose because it can be lost without too much physical activity just by maintaining a diet.
