Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- Atta / Maida - 4 cups
- Aloo - 150 grams
- Coriander leaves - 1 sprig
- Garlic - 6 clives
- Green chillies - 4 pieces
- Oil - for frying
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- You first need to boil the aloo, peel and mash it with a spatula.
- Now grind the coriander leaves, green chillies and garlic together to form a paste.
- Add the mashed potatoes into the paste. Add salt for taste.
- Keep the dish aside.
- Now take flour in a bowl and pour in two tablespoon of oil. Mix the oil with the flour, add water to make a dough.
- From the dough, make small balls and stuff it with aloo mash.

- Switch on the cooking gas and on a medium flame, place the pan or karahi.
- Put refined oil in the pan and wait for it to turn hot.
