1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Suji/Rawa (Semolina)
1 Cup Ghee (Clarified Butter)
Little Milk
Few Pine nuts
' Cup Kharjur(dates)
' Cup Apples, Chopped and Peeled
1¼ Cups Water
Method:
Heat Ghee in a kadai (Indian wok), add Rawa and fry until it gives out an aroma.
Boil Water simultaneously in another pan. Add boiled water and Milk to the Rawa and mix well.
Close with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid and add Pinenuts and chopped Kharjur and mix well. Add Sugar and Apple pieces, mix everything together and serve garnished with more nuts.
