Dahi bhara is a tasty snack that can be used as an appetiser. It suffices your hunger and does not spoil your appetite. You can have it before meals to change the taste of your mouth. It has a sweet and a little sour taste.
Ramazan Sweet: Easy Paneer Gulab Jamun
During the month of ramazan you can have a lots of them as they are tasty and healthy too. You can have them after breaking fast. It is also easy to make and your kids will also love eating it. This mouth watering dahi bhara can be relished any time and even you can pack this for you picnics and outings.

Ingredients
- Gram flour 2 and a half cup
- Baking soda ¼ teaspoon
- Crushed red pepper 1 tablespoon
- Chaat masala: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 tablespoon

- Yogurt 300 gm
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
- serves: 4
- cooking time: 30 minutes
- prepration time: 15 minutes

Method of preparation
- Mix together gram flour, baking soda, red pepper in a bowl.
- Add water to it (as required) and mix well so as to form a thick dough.
- Make small flat balls and deep fry in oil till golden brown and then soak in water.
- Mix together curd, pepper, salt, chaat masala and sugar. Mix well to form a uniform paste.
- Squeeze out extra water from the fried balls and then add the ball to the curd mixture.
- Sprinkle chaat masala above it.
- Serve chilled at iftaar.
Nutritional tip: This is a good appetiser and can also increase your energy levels as it is made of gram flour.
