Labour Bag
Antenatal care is the systemic medical supervision of women during pregnancy. About a month before your delivery date, check that everything is ready for the baby and buy in food and other essentials to make life easier after the birth. Now is also the time to pack up the essentials for hospital. Make sure you don't take too much to the hospital - there may not be much space in the ward. You'll probably stay for one day in the hospital if all goes well. Nevertheless, your labour bag should be geared more towards labour than your overnight stay.
It will be helpful if you take a printout of the list and keep it handy just in case of emergency and you are not packing your bag. Also the list is not all-inclusive. Just consider it as a general guide and add if there is anything else that you feel will be essential.
