$49,000 For Michael Jackson's Glove!

The late King of Pope"s jewel studded glove has been auctioned at a whopping price of 49,000 dollars. The auction of the glove that was once worn by the late Michael Jackson was held at Melbourne. Michael Jackson had worn this glove during his wedding.

Michael Jackson had thrown the crystal-encrusted white glove into a crowd after a film premiere, while visiting Australia in 1996. The late music collector Bill Hibble caught that glove on that instance. His mother placed it under hammer at Melbourne.

Auction house Bonhams and Goodman conducted this auction. It fetched nearly twice the expected amount when bought by the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
