Claris Life sciences plans to boost its pres

Bangalore, Oct 11 (UNI) Claris Life sciences, manufacturer of life saving products, as a company specializing in intellectual property driven products targetting critical care segment, plans to boost its domestic presence by setting up 15 new offices in the important business territories in India.

Company Business Development Director Nayan Rao told reporters here today that with its strong network of 1070 distribution and a sales team of more than 700 people enjoys 40 per cent of market share for various products and different therapies.

''The company with Rs 400 crore now plans to cross a turn over of Rs 1000 crore by 2008 with its philosophy of high values and high margin products,'' he said.

Claris' world class manufacturing facilities are housed in an 85 acres campus located in Ahmedabad, he said.

The company, which started in 2000, has its presence in more than 67 countries across the world through its own subsidiaries and a strong network of more than 1000 international distributors, he added.
