17 Day Diet For Quick Weight Loss

The idea of 17 day diet is based on calorie shifting, which helps in maintaining the metabolism rate. This diet majorly aims at working out the belly fat. The diet is a carbohydrate cycling diet. Four Stages of 17 Day Diet -

2.Activate – This stage promotes carbohydrate cycling. This aims at resetting your metabolism rate.
3.Achieve – This is rest phase, where one is allowed to eat the restricted food stuff and develop healthy eating habit.
4.Arrive – This is the last phase where you have got your desired weight and have got used to healthy eating. In this phase you can eat your favourite stuff under moderation.
