The next way to get rid of gut pain is to apply some peppermint oil on your tummy. But make sure to get the purest form of this oil. Massage this oil on your tummy and get rid of an angry gut.

4. Avoiding Certain Foods:
Last, but not the least, take care of the foods that you eat. Look out for foods that irritate your gut. What suits one person might not suit the other. So watch out for foods that cause stomach problems and avoid them at all cost.
