Sometimes, fatigue makes it difficult to fall asleep and sometimes digestive issues trouble you while sleeping. Sometimes, acid reflux keeps waking you up.
And sometimes, an upset stomach doesn't let you lie down. Poor digestion and insomnia can spoil your sleep.
Here is a remedy which can deal with both the problems and allow you to sleep well. However, consult your doctor before trying this remedy to make sure you are not allergic to the ingredients used in this remedy.

Ingredients
You will need a tablespoon of honey, a pinch of black pepper powder, a teaspoon of crushed ginger, a pinch of turmeric and 2 cups of coconut milk.

Preparation
Except honey, mix all other ingredients first. Now, heat the mixture on low flame for 5 minutes. Add honey after it cools down a bit.

Consumption
Drink it before you go to sleep. It can ease stomach pain and also cure insomnia. Honey eases digestion.

Acid Reflux
This mixture also heals acid reflux, heartburn and soothes your digestive system.

Coconut Milk
Coconut milk plays its own role in curing constipation and treating an upset stomach. It also protects your heart, offers electrolytes, prevents ulcers, reduces inflammation in the joints, prevents diabetes, and helps in losing weight.

Ginger
What does ginger do? Well, ginger is a fantastic remedy for nausea. It can also reduce inflammation, pain, headaches and also menstrual cramps. It can also boost blood circulation. It can also reduce gas.

Turmeric
Turmeric has many benefits for health. It is both antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. It protects your heart, prevents certain types of cancers, combats arthritis, reduces depression and prevents many other health issues.
