Mushrooms: Mushrooms are one of the foods that can inhibit the growth of cancerous cells. It keeps a check on the inflammation of the pancreas and inhibits the growth of pancreatic cancer cells. It is also useful in increasing the efficiency of chemotherapy.
Spinach:The rich content of iron and vitamin B in spinach is known to treat the inflammation of the pancreas. Spinach is also beneficial for boosting the immune system. If consumed regularly, it can help keep pancreatic cancer at bay.
Broccoli: Broccoli is a rich source of an anticancerous compound called sulphoraphane that kills cancer-causing cells in the body. Broccoli also prevents various other types of cancers like colon cancer and breast cancer.
