Yogurt Diet – Easy Low Carb Diet Plan

Although yogurt is a milk product and is said to contain carbohydrates (lactose), it still cuts down carbs. The bacteria in milk that converts it into yogurt actually eats up all the lactose making it sour and less sugary. Nearly 8 grams of carbs are reduced in every 12 grams of yogurt thus becoming the ideal low carb diet supplement.
How To Follow This Low Carb Diet?
Yogurt diet takes at least 10-15 days to get rid of the extra kilos. Yogurt also has a lot of advantages on health. It supports easy digestion, improves immunity, helps to detoxify, improves skin and also serves nutrition. Yogurt contain fats, carbohydrates and protein, the main energy providers for good health.
How Much Should Be The Daily Intake?
About 500 grams of yogurt is ideal for a day
Fruits – 300 grams (such as citrus, pomegranate, apples and any less sugar containing fruits)
Meat – 100 grams Chicken / Turkey without skin and fat. Vegans can prefer brown rice/oats.
Vegetables – 300 grams (beans, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, carrots, etc.)
How Do I Divide The Above Ingredients Into Yogurt Diet Meals?
Breakfast:
1. Green tea without sugar
2. A small bowl of yogurt with cut fruits
3. A glass of orange or pomegranate juice (no sugar)
Lunch:
1. A bowl of Boiled Meat Salad or Yogurt with mashed brown rice
2. Any fruit juice.
Dinner:
1. Any herb tea or vegetable stock
2. Yogurt diluted with apple juice
3. Mixed vegetables, boiled with herb garnish.
The yogurt diet plan is a safe diet plan as you will be getting the necessary nutrition and will not have to starve or narrow down your choice over food. Yogurt with yoga is the best combination to slim down and achieve the right fitness.
