Shape Your Legs With These Simple Toning Exercises

You no longer have to deal or suffer from the hassles of hitting to gyms. Although leg workouts are stressful and may even result in severe injuries, people are still bent upon losing the lower body fat. But it will shocking for you to know that the gym weight machines will not help you in toning and firming your legs, hips and the thigh area.
Leg Toning Exercises - Tips
1. Climbing Stairs – If you are a working professional and do not have time for gyms, you can simply climb up the stairs by taking the farthest step. The farther you take the better the muscles stretch.
2. Floor Leg Toning exercise – Hold your hands on the hip. Bend one of the legs on the floor by touching the knee. Stretch your other foot without touching the ground.
3. Step Up Leg Toning Exercise – Placing a plank and slowing putting one of the legs forward and then stretching the other leg backwards will help in toning legs.
4. Cycling – This is the best and the simplest leg toning exercises. Cycling helps in toning down the legs. It gives a lot of exercise to the thighs and the knee.
5. Walking – The simplest of all. Although it takes very long to lose weight it is still preferred as there is no expenditure.
