This recipe is a delicious and an easy way to stay fit with nutrient-rich fruits in your diet. Follow our steps to make this delicious shrimp and fruit salad recipe with the simple steps mentioned below.

Cooking time: 5 mins
All you need
- Shrimp - 250 gms
- Onion - ½ (chopped)
- Raspberry Juice- 1 cup
- Salad greens - 50 gms
- Mixed Fruit salad - 1 ½ cup
Juicy Shrimp In Mayo Sauce Recipe
- Strawberries - 1 cup
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Sugar syrup - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- Boil shrimp in water along with some salt and strain it after it is half cooked.
- Mix shrimp and chopped onion with raspberry juice and refrigerate it for 10 mins.
- This helps the shrimp get a tangy flavour as its dipped in the juice.
- After 20 mins, when the shrimps have absorbed the flavour, add a part of fruit salad and mix it well.
- Add sugar syrup to it.
- Add salad greens onto a plate and add the shrimp mixture.
- Top it with the fruit salad and strawberries
- Sprinkle some black sesame seeds over it.
- You can add fresh cream to the topping as it gives a creamy flavour.
Nutritional Tip: This is a nutrient-rich salad as it has many proteins and vitamins.
