Ingredients
- Prawns- 10 (medium sized)
- Garlic cloves- 8 (minced)
- Butter- 1tbsp
- Cheddar cheese- 1 cube
- Green onions- 4 (sliced)
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Pepper- 1tsp
- Mushrooms- 4 (diced)
- White wine- 1 cup
- Mayonnaise- 1tbsp
- Cilantro- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Melt some butter on a pan. Saute the shrimps in it directly.
- Add crushed garlic and green onions to the pan two minutes later.
- Toss and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add grated cheese to the pan along with mushrooms, green chillies, salt and pepper.
- Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add white wine and mayonnaise to the pan.
- Mix it up and cook while the gravy simmers on a low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish shrimps in mayo sauce with cilantro and toss it up with pasta or noodles.
