Ramzan special: Chicken Malai Tikka
Chicken malai tikka is the best chicken recipe to have in the holy month of Ramadan as the least amount spices are added in it. It has a rich creamy flavour and can be eaten at sohur as it will not make you thirsty during the day.
Ramzan Special: Stuffed Roast Chicken Dajaj
It is healthy as curd, butter and cream are added. These ingredients are nutritious and will provide you with calcium and good fats. You must try this yummy and easy to make malai chicken tikka this Ramadan.

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breasts: 1 kg
Butter: 3 tablespoon
Double cream: 1 tablespoon
Natural unsweetened yogurt: 2 tablespoon
Green cardamoms: 5 cloves
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Freshly grated nutmeg: 1 teaspoon
Ground cumin: 2 teaspoon

Chopped green chillies: 3
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 3 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
Finely grated cheese: 3 tablespoon
Serves: 4
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Preparation time: One hour (including marination)

Method Of Preparation
- Sprinkle salt and lemon juice over the chicken pieces, cover with a lid and keep aside.
- Blend together yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, half the butter, cream, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, green chillies, cheese and oil to form a smooth paste.
- Pour this paste over the chicken and marinate the meat for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Grill the chicken in a an electric griller for 15 minutes on each side or bake in an oven at a temperature of 180°C for 15 minutes.
- While baking the chicken, occasionally baste with butter.
- Serve hot on the skewers with zeera rice or naan.
