Grilled Pepper Chicken Recipe

If you have a fascination of continental food then this is a good choice for you. The best part about it is that it is both an easy and healthy chicken recipe. Health food is something we all want to eat but don't either because of lack of taste or time. This grill chicken recipe fulfills both categories of taste and health together. The ingredients for making this hot pepper recipe are also minimalistic like the process itself.
Ingredients For Grilled Pepper Chicken:
- Chicken boneless 500 grams (cut into small pieces)
- Freshly ground pepper 4 tablespoon
- Bell peppers or capsicum 2 (chopped into big pieces)
- Oregano 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 (paste) 1 tablespoon
- Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
- Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
- Onions 1 (chopped into large pieces)
- Salt as per taste
Procedure For Grilled Pepper Chicken:
- Soak chicken in vinegar with 2 tablespoons of pepper, crushed onion paste and ginger garlic paste for about ten minutes.
- Sprinkle some salt on it if you like.
- While the chicken gets marinated chop the vegetables.
- Now douse the chicken is olive oil .
- Add the chopped bell peppers and onions to the chicken and mix well.
- Transfer it to a microwavable pan and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle rest of the ground pepper and salt on the chicken and vegetables.
- Grill it on on the 'combo' option of your microwave for 12 minutes; 8 minutes on the first side and 6 minutes on the other. This is because the grill takes time to heat up.
- Remove it from the oven, place in on a serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Your grilled pepper chicken is ready to eat. Enjoy it with bread or steaming chicken clear soup.
