Sonam Kapoor In Elie Saab For IIJW 2014

Sonam Kapoor is one of the best known fashionistas of Bollywood. Apart from her movies, she is seen on the ramp walking for several designers and brands. This time, Sonam Kapoor was in an Elie Saab gown for promoting the upcoming Indian International Jewellery Week 2014. She is looking stunning in this shimmering black gown for the posters of IIJW.

The gown that Sonam Kapoor is wearing was from Elie Saab Fall Couture 2013. We have seen many celebrities wear similar gowns in the past. In fact, Sonam Kapoor herself has been spotted in Elie Saab gowns several times. She wore a black Elie Saab number for her stint at Cannes 2014 as well.

However, this shimmering black strapless gown is not a ditto. The neckline of the gown is straight and Sonam is wearing a princess diamond necklace to accentuate it.

Sonam's hair has been done up in a faux bob for this photo-shoot. She has painted her lips a bright shade of blood red. Sonam's legs are partially visible through the sheer sheath of the gown. She has struck a pose that focusses on the jewellery she is wearing.

This is the third consecutive time that Sonam Kapoor will be the face of IIJW. She was the brand ambassador for India International Fashion Week event last year. And guess what, even last year Sonam Kapoor was in a structured Elie Saab gown for the opening ceremony of IIJW.

Many jewellery brands will display there designs at IIJW 2014 from July 14-17. Sonam Kapoor herself will definitely walk the ramp more than once during this period. So stay tuned for more from this fashionista.
