Ugadi 2023: The New Year Festival As Celebrated In Karnataka

Ugadi falls on Chaitra Shukla pratipada tithi which is the very first day of Shobhakrit Samvatsara. Each Samvatsara has a name and there are 60 samvatsars. Every samvatsar carries a day for Yugadi which is bound to arrive between March-April of every year.
The Ugadi Routine
