Online Divorce For An Unhappy Married Couple

In Australia, it is said that those couples who are not happy in their marriage are getting divorced through the use of the internet. The internet which has a vast dimension is making unhappy couples get divorced easily. In Australia, the online divorce for 18 months has been successful till date.
The online Divorce was started in December 2009 which allows unhappy married couples to leave their spouses over the internet. In Australia, it is said that there has been 3663 divorces in the past year and 3466 of them have happened through the online divorce system.
To end a marriage has become easy for unhappy married couples due to the new technology from the internet. The Federal Magistrates Court sends out a text message to the unhappy married couple after their divorce is granted which saves a lot of time going to the court for hearings.
According to Dr John Spoehr, executive director for an Australian Institute for Social Research has said that," The movement towards online divorce service provision has been huge, whether that"s law, health, community services . . . it"s been pretty profound these past few years. It"s a way of reducing admin costs and it"s certainly more convenient for people to access this type of thing online."
Although the original way of getting a divorce in court is still functional, the online divorce system for unhappy married couples is becoming more popular. Richard Foster, a chief executive for Family Law Courts said that," It does not mean that people can get divorced online, this service simply provides people with an alternative way to file their applications, in addition to the traditional way by post or in person at a family law registry."
