A recent study tried to understand what matters more between quality and frequency. How often should couples meet or make love in order to feel happy. Here are some facts.
Quality Vs. Frequency: What's Better In Romance?

After studying more than 78 couples, researchers concluded that quality matters more than the number of times a couple makes love.

Quality or satisfaction comes from many factors like mood, stamina, time of the day, health condition and passion of the partner. Without the above factors in favour, there may not be much fun even when one tries to prolong the session.

On the contrary, if you give a slight gap between two meetings, your partner may miss you a bit and this would increase the passion a bit more than normal.

Also, when the frequency increases, one has to think more creatively in order to excite each other. When one fails to do so, the experience may get diluted.

Another downside of meeting your partner too often in the bedroom is that you may take time for granted and this may reduce the intensity of your passion.

Of course, this doesn't mean that being available to your partner is a bad thing. But as far as romance is concerned, it is better to go with the flow without forcing yourself or your partner into the act too often.

At the end of the day, quality matters over quantity and therefore, it is always better to step into the bedroom when both of you are in a frame of mind that helps you give the best.
