Boiled sweet corn - ½ cup
Grated mozzarella cheese - 3/4th cup
Mixed herbs - 1 tbsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) - ½ tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp + for spreading
Black pepper - to taste
White sandwich bread - 4 slices

1. Add cheese in a bowl.
2. Add boiled sweet corn and mixed herbs.
3. Then, add the green chilli and butter.
4. Crush the black pepper on top, mix well and keep it aside.
5. Cut the edges of the bread slices.
6. Apply butter on the slices.
7. Spread a spoonful of the corn mixture as a thin layer on the buttered slice.
8. Place another slice on top.
9. Toast it in a sandwich grill until it turns golden brown.
10. Serve hot.
- 1. The sweet corn is first boiled with a pinch of salt until it become soft.
- 2. You can add cream cheese to give it a different flavour.
- 3. The addition of chaat masala gives it a unique taste and flavour.
- 4. You can add red chilli flakes instead of green chillies according to your preference.
