Foods For Foetus Brain Development
During pregnancy, a mother should consume a wholesome diet which consists of rich proteins and nutrients for the growing child in her womb. Experts say that what you eat the baby will eat too, so it is very essential for pregnant women to eat the right type of food during her three trimesters. Eating healthy during your full term of pregnancy will keep you and your little one growing in the best of health.

Leafy Veggies

Citrus fruits

Liver
Most pregnant mothers do not have sufficient iron to supply enough oxygen in the blood circulating to the growing foetus and placenta. Therefore, if you want to give birth to a smart newborn, have one serving of liver once in a week.

Chicken

Fish

Berries
Eating a handful of berries like blueberries, strawberries and raspberries will increase your baby's IQ levels. Pregnant women should consume one form of berries in her whole term of pregnancy.
