Study Tips To Deal With Exam Stress For Kids
Come march, every student are on their toes to study hard and fetch good marks to top the class. Every student is under the pressure to perform and succeed. Anxiety and stress are extremely common and many students face immense pressure not just from their teachers but also from peers and parents. The competitive nature of the students are driving many students to take up counseling in order to face the exam pressures.

It is equally important that they also come up with certain strategies in order to avoid unwanted tension related to exams . One of the most important advice for the parents is to ensure that they encourage their kids to study well and also be a pillar of support during this period.

Plan
Planning is an important aspect to prepare yourself for the exams. If you are preparing for the exams, make sure that all your notes and ready and intact. It is advisable if you make a study chart which enables you to study accordingly.
Get your doubts cleared
If you have any doubts, make sure you get it clarified while preparing and do not leave it for the last minute. By following this, you will not just take your studies to another level but will also be clear about the subject.
Develop positive attitude
During this period, it is important to stay positive. Do not let unwanted negative thoughts creep into your mind. Also avoid being lazy or developing laid back attitude.
Have healthy foods
It is important to eat right during the exam time. Make sure you eat foods that are rich in vitamins and proteins like green vegetables, fruits, cereals and eggs. Try and avoid oily and junk food during exams. Proper nutrition is essential for the brain to perform optimally.
Sleep well
Most importantly sleep well. Schedule your study timings and sleep timing in a systematic order and make sure you get minimum of seven hours of sleep as it helps retain what you have studied during the day and keeps you fresh.
