Children Too Can Like Vegetables

1. The first fully tested method to makes children eat vegetables is to add then along with their favourite dish. Children ususally like snacks like samosa, pizza, burgers etc. Chop the vegetables small and include them in these. They won't even realize when they would have gobbled down the vegetables.
2. Vegetable stalk is quite nutritious and so use this to make the curry. Children ususally love eating potataoes and thus, while making the potato curry, add the vegetable stalk and mash the leftover boiled vegetables. Include them too in the curry.
3. Make it colourful. Another way to make children eat vegetables is to make the dish colourful. Add in several colured vegetables in a dish and the beauty will lure the child to eat.
4. Dips are another interesting way to make children eat vegetables. There are several different kinds of dips like garlic dip, tangy tomato dip etc. These make them taste better.
Try these four ways to make children eat vegetables. Some other rules are to always make the food tasty. It's not necessary that all the children food have to be balnd. Spices, chillies have their own benefits which children also need. The balnd taste of the vegetables further discourage them to eat it.
