Are Dads Too Busy To Read Bedtime Stories For Kids?

In the present day scenario only a half percent of the adult get time to read out for their youngsters. The other children watch TV before getting back to the bed. Most of the parents have not even read a storybook to their children.
What's the reason for this sad scene? Many parents have confessed that they lack the confidence to read aloud. On the other hand many parents don't believe that bedtime stories are fun for parent and child. Many parents have claimed that they simply don't have the time and instead rely on nursery or childcare to do the job.
However it seems many parents are aware of this drift. Interestingly younger parents are three times more likely to feel guilty about missing out on this experience than older parents. Mothers feel guiltier in leaving their children without a bedtime story. They almost squeeze in their time for this! However fathers fall short when it comes to getting in a good bedtime story.
