World Suicide Prevention Day: Tips
September 10th is considered as the World Suicide Prevention Day. Also known as World Anti-Suicide Day, it is the day when we spread awareness to prevent suicide throughout the world. Various activities and shows are performed to prevent people from committing suicide. The International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP), collaborates with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Federation for Mental Health to host World Anti-Suicide Day every year.
There are many people who think that committing suicide is the only solution to their problems. Well, this psychological thing has not only attacked the minds of a layman but celebrities too. Many people have attempted suicide, but somehow they are safe and happy now. From Drew Barrymore to Eminem, celebrities too have taken this harsh step.

A Healthy Diet: Following a healthy diet not only keeps you active, but also prevents you from facing depression. Relish on some foods that boost your mood and make you feel happy. They will boost your mood and also make you feel happy.
Sip On Wine: It is believed that drinking little wine will help get over mood swings and relax your mood. This is one of the tips to prevent suicide. Wine is also good for the heart. So you have another reason to indulge in this drink.
Listen To Music: When you feel low or depressed, listen to some music. Avoid listening to sad songs as it will enhance your bad mood and making you feel more unhappy. Listen to some soothing soft music that can relax your mind and change your mood.
Talk To Someone: The thought of committing suicide only comes to your mind when you are alone. Avoid being alone as it revives all the negative thoughts. If you talk to someone, you will feel light and these thoughts will not come to your mind. It is one of the best tips to prevent depression which can further lead to suicide.
