Women and men (or boys and girls) need to have their own space to maintain their masculinity or femininity. Hence, an all girl party, girls night out, slumber party etc...all ways to squeeze themselves out of the non masculinity or non-femininity that they have to live with when they are with the rest of the gang. They say that when men meet under these circumstances, they only talk about one thing - women. To divulge into those details would be betrayal to my tribe. Those things are better kept secrets. Rumours say that if you'd go to all woman night out, you'd hear lipstick, the newest fashion in town, the fashion that is yet to reach town...it would be like going shopping in the ultimate store in town with your better half and run around with her while she picks everything that she can imagine herself having- running around while you don't have a clue as to what's happening complaining all the while-you'd be better off just sitting at the exit waiting for her to finish her shopping and then leave with her.

Contrary to what is thought, men are very down to earth people. They don't over sensitise the situation, which is perhaps why they come in handy in sticky situations. They have a very logical way of doing things. The point is that the job gets done. Even dress wise, they are necessary. It is true that women take a much longer time to groom them themselves, dress themselves-they take ridiculously extreme measures to make sure that they look good when it is all not that much of an issue at all really.

The "reputation to keep" factor is much stronger with man than it is with women. The way they look is a womens USP. They always have a statement to say with their fashion, the people they are with, the "hipiness" of their actions-especially when it is seen by the world outside. They have to be in with the in stuff-and out with the out stuff. Men can pretty much do whatever they like. They have got standard dress codes, which look good on them. They keep it simple. They keep it straightforward. They follow a straightforward communication protocol-speak your mind, set your self-free. Conclusively- men are as simple and down to Earth as one needs to be.
