AIFW 2015: Pratima Pandey's Chic Fairy Tale Collection
Pratima Pandey's label 'Prama' has always laid emphasis on natural fabrics and opts for indigenous embroidery techniques. This is what we saw in Pratima Pandey's Autumn Winter 2015 collection at the Day 4 of ongoing Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn Winter 2015 ramp.
Her aw 2015 collection is inspired from classic fairy tale by Charles Perrault's "Sleeping Beauty".
She also took inspiration from Japanese concept of Waba-Sabi with random floral embroidery which has been finely decorated using wool, dabka, dori and more fabrics like parsi and phulkari.

Pratima Pandey's romantic AW collection adds mystery through layering of simple and easy fitting silk chanderi flowing floor length kurtis.

We also saw wrap around thick woolen shawls, waistcoats and jackets.

Hand block print on bagru cotton fabric looked ethnic on the ramp.

Flared cotton skirts and shirts looked traditional yet stylish.

Long silk silhouettes looked perfect in her fairy tale's collection.
