WIFW 2014 Day 5: Anita Dongre
Anita Dongre's - An Urban Folk Tale collection at Wills India Fashion Week 2014 ramp was a treat to the eyes. A lot of colours and colourful blend of patterns and prints were seen on the ramp of Day 5 of ongoing Wills India Fashion Week AW 2014. Satins and crepes in gypsy looked very wearable and colourful.
Anita Dongre's collection at Wills India Fashion Week 2014 ramp was a very chic touch to the tribal wear. Modern silhouettes and accents were packed with with elements of folks and rich Indian weaves. Digital prints in in silk knits, georgettes and chiffon silhouettes looked voluminous, flowy and relaxed.

The collection is inspired from sikri work of the forts and palaces in Rajasthan and is beautifully highlighted by multi-coloured folk beadwork, giving a touch of Gypsy style! Asymmetric jackets, tunics, gowns, and skirts looked contemporary.
From intriguing motifs and folk-inspired art, the prints splash a collection of with warm hues of indigo, olive, plum, and chocolate. In short, the autumn winter 14-15 collection of Anita Dongre showcased at WIFW Day 5 ramp befitted the rich sartorial tastes of Princess Nayantara, the luxe nomad.
