Pregnant celebrities on magazine covers have become a fashion now. Many pregnant celebrities deliberately bare their baby bumps now. However, in the past, most celebrities did not wish to be photographed when they were pregnant. They thought that it would spoil their glamorous image to photographed when they were heavy and had piled on weight.

Demi Moore was the one to change the rules. She posed completely naked for the cover of Vanity Fair in 1991. The cover was huge hit. Since then, it has become fashionable for pregnant celebrities to show off their baby bumps. Many pregnant celebrities on magazine covers have posed nude in their well-rounded figures. Britney Spears gave Harper's Bazaar one of their most unforgettable covers. Monica Bellucci has posed twice in the nude for Vanity Fair.
